Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th 1996) was born in Miami Florida. A half English mixed with Spanish she is the daughter of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. His father was Argentine, of Scottish-English descent. Her mother has Spanish as well as English heritage. Taylor-Joy was born into a household that included six children. Four of her siblings are from the previous marriage to Taylor's dad. Family resided within Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy aged 6 and then moved to Victoria district of London. Taylor Joy said the move from Buenos Aires to Victoria was difficult and she didn't learn English and was hoping to go again to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school following the switched from Northlands. In the following year, she joined Queen's Gate School to study ballet as well as perform in school productions. When she was 16, she quit the school to pursue acting as a career. Taylor-Joy's ambition to become an acting star began in the early years of her life. Sarah Doukas of Storm Management was the first one who hired her to be an experienced model.
