Simone Biles

Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on March 14, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio U.S.A. Biles was a U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the only one who won four gold medals in a single Games at the 2016 Olympics. Biles is the only person to have three world championships in succession. Biles was born in Spring Texas, in the Houston metro area. Her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone began to take an interest in gymnastics at age six during a day-care field trip in Bannon's Gymnastix and stayed there for 11 years, under the direction of her coach Aimee Boorman. Biles was a winner in the floor and vault exercises at the 2010 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before becoming an highest level of competition in the year 2011. Less than two years later she dominated the sport. Biles was notable by her consistent performance, her exuberant attitude and the level of challenge she made throughout each competition--vault, uneven bars as well as balance beams and ground work.
