Anita Sarkeesian, a Canadian/American media critic who is also a public speaker. She was the creator of Feminist Frequency a website that includes videos and commentary on portrayals of women in popular culture. Anita Sarkeesian has been a blogger, journalist and award-winning feminist for more than 10 years. Feminist Frequency an online platform for education that examines the role of women in popular culture, is directed by Sarkeesian.
